My mission is to make the best quality one of a kind items for you. I hand pick each piece I use in all my work. All of my woods are from rescued trees either storm damaged or downed by nature. No trees were harmed in the making my pieces. All of my work is a handmade piece of artwork. My pieces are made from rare woods and acrylics from all over the world. Most of the woods and acrylics I use you will not find on any other site. All my pieces are hand turned on a lathe or hand carved and hand finished and polished. Please check back to our site often as new items will be added daily as they are made. We can custom make anything you can dream up.

Do you provide International delivery?
At this time I ship to the United States only. International purchases must purchase through: https://www.etsy.com/shop/knotsinyourhead
At this site you may purchase, pay and arrange shipping. Shipping is done within 1-2 business days.
How do I return an item?
Your Satisfaction is 100% Guarantied If you have any issue with your purchase email me at knotsinyourheadwoodworking@gmail.com. I will do my best to handle your requests with in 24 hours.
What is your returns policy?
Since all our items are handmade and one of a kind we do not accept returns only exchanges. Please contact me at knotsinourhead@gmail.com if you have concerns.
How do I track my order?
Tracking numbers will be availabe to you if the carrierassigns one. We prefer to use Priority Mail from the USPS
How can I contact your couriers?
You will be able to check the status of your tracking number online at the carriers website.
What are your delivery options?
We prefer to use Priority Mail from the USPS. We can ship through FEDEX Ground, UPS, and USPS. We use the least expensive method unless you ask for an upgrade to a quicker service.
